Virtual "ecological footprint" of agricultural products

The animated infographic shown is already a few years old and dates back to the time when the term "ecological footprint" was not yet - rightly - criticised. Nevertheless, it clearly shows the amount of water produced by some everyday agricultural products.

This work for the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centres in Berlin was produced in collaboration with my long-standing technology partner Frank Langner / Cynaps Systems, with whom I have already realised several projects.
